Atmosphere is a new affordable housing community in downtown San Diego’s Cortez Hill neighborhood features a 12-story residential tower and three levels of underground parking and a rooftop terrace. The project includes 154 units of affordable housing for families earning 30 to 60 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI), plus 51 units of permanent supportive housing specifically for adults requiring additional support due to homelessness, mental disability or age.
The project was topped off on July 4th, 2016 and was completed in 2017.
