VERTEX provided project advisory consulting services for a major construction project in the Astoria neighborhood in Queens, New York. This beautiful eight-story high-rise sits along the East River waterfront with views of the Manhattan skyline. Once finished, the project will comprise of three buildings containing 534 rental units laid across 522,000 SF. A mixture of studio, one- and two-bedroom units will offer a blend of quality and design. Amenities will include a rooftop pool, a sun deck and lounge, a private inner courtyard and gardens, indoor and outdoor co-working lounges, a fitness center, and a game room. 30-77 Vernon is located a short distance away from the Manhattan Ferry, the subway station, and the Astoria art district.
