VERTEX was retained as the delay expert for the framing / drywall / painting subcontractor for the construction of an age-62 plus multifamily cooperative building in Lakewood, Colorado. The building is an approximately 150,000 square-foot, 3-story, wood framed structure with one story of below grade parking. VERTEX performed a contemporaneous period schedule analysis and evaluation of the project documents to identify delays and associated damages.
